About
Archive Agency is a premier women’s sports agency, founded by former professional athletes and industry leaders, not to meet the market for women, but to move it. We’ve played the game, negotiated the contracts, and built the brands, and now, we’re setting a new standard for what’s possible in women’s sports.
Based in Minneapolis, MN, named the #2 city in the U.S. for women’s sports by The Athletic, we lead with expertise across the ecosystem. We consult with teams and leagues to secure high-impact sponsorships and forge strategic partnerships. We guide brands and corporations looking to grow in the women’s sports space, helping them invest with purpose, cultural relevance, and measurable ROI.
For athletes, we do more than represent, we build. From career and talent management to endorsement deals and long-term brand strategy, we support women through every phase of their journey. Our women-led team brings deep experience across PR, media, mental wellness, financial planning, and contract negotiation, delivering not just support, but structure.
Because women don’t just belong in the story. They are the story.
The Archive Team:
Built by Athletes. Led by Experts. Driven to Change the Game.
