Following her playing career, Dani coached at the national and collegiate levels before transitioning into sponsorships and strategic partnerships. Over the past decade, she’s led high-value deals and impactful brand collaborations. Now, she’s focused on shaping a more equitable future in sports, representing the athlete she once was and championing the next generation.

Lauren young

Lauren Young is a former Division I dual-sport athlete from the University of Michigan, where she competed in both basketball and high jump. Now President of MB Activate at Media Bridge, she leads the agency’s earned media division, combining strategic vision with creative storytelling to connect global brands to real human stories.

A nationally recognized marketing leader, Lauren has built impactful campaigns for Nike, Adidas, McDonald's, Bumble, Caribou Coffee, Harley-Davidson, and U.S. Bank. Her unique background as an athlete and brand strategist gives her an edge in representing rising talent and guiding brands that value purpose, performance, and authentic connection.

Mental Health & Performance Coach

Dr. Mariah Bullock is a licensed clinical and sport psychologist who works with youth, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes across multiple sports. She most recently supported Team Canada at the 2023 Women’s World Cup and 2024 Paris Olympics, and is a member of the USOPC Mental Health Directory.

A former pro and NCAA champion soccer player, Dr. Bullock combines elite athletic experience with deep clinical expertise. She focuses on athlete mental health and performance, prioritizing trust, authenticity, and empowerment—particularly for women and minorities navigating the demands of high-level sport.

Amanda is a former pro soccer player whose 11-year career spanned the NWSL, Spain’s Liga F, and Norway’s Toppserien—giving her a global, firsthand understanding of the athlete experience. Known for her versatility and leadership on the field, she built a reputation for thriving across cultures and navigating the complex realities of international sport.

Now Head of European Market at The Archive Agency, Amanda represents athletes across sports, helping them navigate contracts, sponsorships, and career transitions. With an MBA in Music Business and a global network, she connects sport, culture, and business to unlock meaningful opportunities and long-term impact for the next generation of talent.

Public Relations

Sarah Grap is a communications and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience helping brands and individuals connect with their audiences through strategic storytelling and integrated PR. Known for her ability to shape narratives from a high-level perspective, she transforms a brand’s “why” into powerful, authentic consumer connections.

In 2024, she launched Sarah Grap Public Relations (SGPR), advising brands and agencies on earned media, campaign strategy, entertainment publicity, and crisis communications. Prior to founding SGPR, Sarah held senior roles at Carmichael Lynch and Mall of America, leading national campaigns and earning coverage in The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, People Magazine, and more.

Kate Deines Krieger

Kate Deines Krieger is a former professional soccer player turned strategic business leader, known for her competitive drive and team-first mindset. A four-year starter at the University of Washington and All-Pac-12 honoree, she went on to play in the NWSL with Seattle Reign FC and FC Kansas City, as well as internationally in Europe. Her professional sports career shaped her approach to leadership, discipline, and high-performance teamwork.

Since retiring from soccer, Kate has built a successful career in business and marketing, applying her athletic experience to drive growth and lead teams with clarity and purpose. She’s passionate about mentoring athletes transitioning into the professional world and continues to champion women in leadership. Whether on the field or in the boardroom, Kate leads with integrity, focus, and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Elli Burris

Head of Operations

Elli is a former pro soccer player who now thrives in building business processes, solving inefficiencies, and ensuring that every detail is accounted for. 

She played soccer collegiately at the University of Portland and went on to play professionally for 7 years at different clubs around the world including 5 years with the Seattle Reign in the NWSL. 

Since retiring from professional soccer in 2017, Elli has earned her MBA and become an experienced Director of Operations in both the business and soccer world. Elli has focused her work in operational excellence and customer care with women founded and owned companies including Goal Five and Oiselle. Elli understands the female athlete experience and is equipped to provide the necessary support to elevate all women in the game.
